In order to use your right to complaint, return the defective product along with your invoice and Warranty Card to the point of purchase and attach your details (name, phone number, e-mail address and delivery address). Depending on the opinion of the distributor / service department and if is subject to warranty conditions, a repair will be performed or, if this is not possible, the product will be replaced by a new one.
If the damage is not covered by the warranty, according to the above conditions, repairs may be charged.
All repairs covered by the Guarantee card go to the cost of Rudolf mil d.o.o. and should be sent to the following address:

Rudolf mil d.o.o. makes threading, replaces the buckle or any repairs that are not covered by the warranty, provided that the Warranty List is delivered.
- There will be no major changes to the original jewelry design.
- The forms of pearl necklaces and bracelets will not be changed.
The cost of sending the repairing item is borne by the buyer.
In the case of repairs covered by the Guarantee card, previously duly completed, the cost of returning the goods will be at the expense of Rudolf mil d.o.o.
Any other special repair that does not cover the Warranty card should be requested by email and we will notify to the client after the estimated cost of the repair is calculated. In that case, the cost of returning the goods also goes to the cost of the buyer.
