By ordering items in the webshop, you agree to these terms of purchase. The purchase contract process becomes valid after the receiving of the shipment.

Ordering

  • You can order the goods that you put into your cart as a registered user or as a guest user. By clicking on the 'Order' button, if you are not logged in, you will be redirected to the page where you can choose the ordering method (registered or guest user).

  • If you have already registered or want to do so, you will not need to enter the information the next time you purchase, you can receive newsletters, track order status, modify your information, pay by credit card or bank transfer, items put in the cart or whishlist remain indefinitely. If you decide to make a bank transfer payment, the items will be reserved for five days, the time until you have to make a payment with the information that will be sent to you by email.

  • If you order as a guest, the purchase is one-time, which means that you will need to re-enter your data at each purchase. For this type of order you will need to enter contact information: email and phone, and recipient's address. Payment is just by credit card.

  • On the checkout page, you can check the merchandise and / or update it, and check or enter delivery information, depending on whether you are a registered customer or guest customer. If you want to send the goods to someone else, simply provide (modify if you are registered) the appropriate information in the delivery details section.

  • After you select a card payment and click on the button you will be redirected to a secure payment page of Corvus where you can use American Express, Diners or Visa.

Prices

  • All prices are in EUR with VAT included. The prices are valid at the time of ordering or inserting the item into the cart. In the case that prices are changed in the meantime, such as the expiration of an on sale period or simply a change in price, a new price will be charged, which will be automatically updated in the shopping cart. It should be noted that the item may be in the basket indefinitely if you are a registered user, or two weeks if you are not, and that period does not necessarily have to coincide with the time of the on sale period.
    We reserve the right to make mistakes; In that case you will be notified.

    After creating an order and selecting a bank transfer payment that you can only execute as a registered user, you will receive an email with instructions and all the information needed to pay the amount to the seller's account. You can make payments via internet banking or in a bank.

  • After the payment is recorded, the buyer receives the delivery notification by email. The notice will be received on the first working day from the moment of purchase (Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4pm). The bill, the International Warranty card, and the pearl maintenance instructions will be sent to the buyer together with the shipment.

  • Credit or debit card

    By choosing a card payment method, you will be redirected to the secure payment page of Corvus, an agent that protects your data. This means that neither Biserni nakit webshop nor Corvus have access to your card number, but it has only a credit card holder.

Payment Security

  • While conducting payments on our web shop you are using CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet.

  • CorvusPay ensures complete privacy of your credit card data from the moment you type them into the CorvusPay payment form. Data required for billing is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your payment card. Our store never comes into contact with your sensitive payment card data. Similarly, CorvusPay operators cannot access your complete cardholder data. An isolated system core independently transmits and manages sensitive data while at the same time keeping it completely safe.

Delivery

  • The ordered product will be delivered to you within 7 business days; The delivery period runs from the receiving of funds to our account.

  • If, in any case, the purchased product is unavailable, though the inventory is updated daily, we will notify you by email and agree on extended delivery, replacement or refunds. Delivery is free and is done only in the European Union.

Devolutions and refunds

  • - The buyer is entitled to the replacement or refund of unused articles within the maximum of SEVEN days from the receiving of the goods. The amount of the item paid will be refunded with the same payment method as when purchasing.

    - The buyer is obliged to check for any damages when picking up the goods and immediately advertise to the deliverer who delivered the goods or refuse to take over the shipment if there are visible damage. When we deliver the original package to your door and you are taking the goods with a mandatory signature on your invoice, you hereby certify that the goods are properly delivered.

    - In the case of deliveries of goods not ordered or delivery of goods which has a defect or damage that did not occur in the carriage, Rudolf mil d.o.o. will approve the return of the goods after receiving the written plea and then send the return refunds. In that case, we will compensate you for the postal costs of the goods returned and the possible value of the goods we are unable to deliver within the SEVEN business days.

    - The buyer is responsible for the costs of sending when he wants to return the goods and the reason is not justified. We will make a refund within three business days.

    - About the intention to return the goods, the buyer must notify the seller in writing to the electronic address: INFO@BISERNI-NAKIT.HR

    - The goods must be packed and returned in the original packaging, as received.

    For all substitutions and refunds, it is mandatory to submit invoice and a debit card or credit card receipt.
